Hello!

As it is now, when ShutUp 10 is installed, there is no apparent way to open it. Users have to launch with oosu.exe.

Last year I sent a message to the maintainers with some PowerShell code to implement the changes. Would you consider adding that? I tried finding what I sent you in past e-mails but couldn't, but if you copy/paste the code here I can submit a PR.
