Rework breast randomization settings, for more biologically natural presets

It's possible that breast size should be treated as a macro slider with max/min settings, rather than max deviation.

It's also possible some breast settings should be dependent on other things (such as breast firmness depending on age) rather than being randomized separately.

All in all, the breast settings strategy should be rethought.
