I am unable to get my MKS DLC32 board to be recognized by my computer, even after installing the CH340 driver. Despite following multiple troubleshooting steps such as using different cable, the board does not appear in the device manager (Windows) or system information (macOS), and I cannot establish a serial connection. The issue persists across different operating systems and computers. Is it causes from CH340 chip ?
Troubleshooting Steps Taken
USB Cable and Port: Tested with multiple USB cables and different USB ports.
Driver Installation: Reinstalled the CH340 driver multiple times
Device Manager/System Information: No new devices appear when the board is connected.
Alternative Computers: Tested on different computers with the same result.
Arduino IDE: Neither recognized the board.
Changing power: 12V to 24V, 24V to 12V
Is there a known problem with the CH340 driver or a specific setting required for the MKS DLC32 board?
