How large is the signal range?

I cannot find a proper antenna or any matching circuit in the schematics and/or picture at all so was wondering how good the range on these devices will be (both the C3 and the C3T)?

While this hasn't been answered in a year, I still would like to add to the question. I have seen others using ESP-NOW that enable long range mode with esp_wifi_set_protocol(WIFI_IF_STA , WIFI_PROTOCOL_LR) but you do not use this in your example code. have you tried it and rejected it or not tried it? Is it perhaps more power consuming? @makermoekoe
