Why do you think this is related to FerriteCore? The crash points to Rubidium if anything.

I'm not technically inclined enough in forge modding to know exactly, but removing FerriteCore resolves the crashing. I'll try disabling rubidium and see if that solves it.

Just removed rubidium and re-enabled FerriteCore, seems to be an incompatibility between the two mods.
