To Run the GAM, PLS, and PLS-Bootstrap Models

Run the R Markdown file in the "PLS_GAM_RMD" folder.

All data and files are located in the X drive (X:\Lincoln\Smap-CovariateLayers\Spectroscopy_Modelling).

All derived model are available online here via an api- https://dev-soil-models.landcareresearch.co.nz/v1_0/docs#/ and the version in used can be seen here - https://dev-soil-models.landcareresearch.co.nz/modelInfo.html
