UI Alignment and Hover Effects Fixes

The copyrights line is not centered as expected.
Please ensure it is aligned properly in the center of the footer.
The chatbot buttons and its box are not aligned correctly, affecting the visual flow.

No footer is present on certain pages of the website, which affects consistency.

A red line appears when hover is completed on certain elements, disrupting the UI.
