conda-forge version does not include zyx scheme #118

The mbutil package on conda-forge does not include the zyx scheme added in this merge 2fc4161.

I understand this is not maintained, but I wish to report it here for other conda users searching for that scheme after installing mbutil.

If there is indeed a maintainer who can make a new release v0.4.0 with this change, that would be helpful. Thereafter the PyPI version can be updated and subsequently the conda-forge version can be updated via PR here mbutil-feedstock.

You can now instead use pip install mbutil-zyx, which is simply a forked version of mbutil which includes the zyx scheme.
