Browse tab is sometimes empty #83

To reproduce:

Open a map
Click on browse, everything should look good.
Click on manager
Click on browse

Browse will be empty. Resizing the window brings the content back.

Tested in firefox.

I wasn't able to reproduce this issue with Chrome and Firefox on the latest version of ScribeUI.
