Move the template workspace from the workspace login page, maybe in an admin page? #96

The "default" workspace is the template workspace. It allows for easier template creation, but it is pretty confusing as it is not clear at all that this workspace is different than any other.

I would remove it completely from the dropdown and add a "Manage template" link or something like that instead, that would log you in in a similar way.

@cbourget @smercier I'd like to have your opinion on this.

Maybe the splash screen could have some sort of admin link, leading to template management and future #73 plugin manager? Admin user/password could be specified in local.ini.

I agree that it's not clear this workspace is different that the others. Having a link to log in this workspace is probably the best solution. Alternatively, we could name it "Templates" instead of default in the dropdown but it might not be enough.

+1 it's not clear that we have to create a Workspace first. I think it would be nice to have a real "default" Waorkspace already installed in the applicationl. Moreover, I would like to have a basic map already install in this default workspace. This could be a good idea to install gitscribe (https://github.com/smercier/gitscribe) cause it's a very light one!
