License: ISC or MapTiler exclusive?

Hello!

The readme mentions the license as being ISC, a permissive license, but the included license file (which seems to be copied from "MapTiler Weather JS Module" without changing the name in it) is not ISC and says that the software is "licensed for use only with MapTiler services" which would not be ISC compatible. Might I ask for some clarification on this?
