Set the quiz feedback to deferred and click the review options header. Uncheck the specific feedback option.

Once the students have completed their attempts. Go to the quiz, select results then select manual grading from the dropdown. Click on Also show questions that have been graded automatically

Go through all the grades and feedback updating where required.
