[Bug]: (EU-i-3+) wrong entity domain for contacts

The problem

Hi,

installation controller EU-i-3+ seems to be working.
Voltage contact 1 and 2, Potencial free contact 1 and 2 (dry contacts) have entity domain sensor.
But It would be binary sensor or switch.

@primusm can you please check the version from here: https://github.com/mariusz-ostoja-swierczynski/tech-controllers/archive/refs/heads/feat_tiles_widgets.zip
It is very experimental, but if you can please check and comment.

I am not able to install it.

1. Uninstalled version 2.7.0 (installed by HACS)

2. Unzip file to \config\custom_components\tech-controllers-feat_tiles_widgets\tech-controllers-feat_tiles_widgets\

3. also tried \config\custom_components\tech-controllers-feat_tiles_widgets\ + step 5

4. and \config\custom_components\tech\ + step 5

5. Restart HA

6. In the HA UI go to Configuration -> Integrations click + and search for Tech Controllers - but can not find it

You only need the last tech folder from custom_components folder extracted to your existing custom_components folder.

1. Contacts are shown correctly as switch now. But entity is still sensor and it is not possible to switch ON/OFF. I do not know if it is possible to change something or system is read only.
   

2. Status of all switches is still OFF. It is not changing as status is changed in eModule.
   
   Green is ON, red is OFF
   

3. There are not statuses of pumps (čerpadlo) ON/OFF
   
   Green is ON, red is OFF
   

4. I can see only entities, not devices
