Old AMD Sempron and Duron CPUs missing #85

SpecDB is missing many of the older, lower-end processors.

To be precise, there are only two Semprons on the site, both of these being APUs. There is no Durons though.

It would be nice to fill it up in the future, considering their Athlon counterparts are there.
