Would you like to...  or Would you care to ..?   // Would is a polite way to ask sb. to do sth. Especially you are not sure if sb. will accept your advise/invitation or not?
Will you .... // It's not a polite way to ask sb. to do sth.  It's usually used for asking/inviting your good friends.

come over  // a polite way to ask sb. to visit your home.  Example: Would you like to come over my home. 
com to // It's usually used to go to sb.'s home.
