Support multiple tr in thead

I have a table with three rows in the thead, each containing th elements as usual. But the plugin only considers the first row as header and as a result, the margin top of the row headings goes wrong. There should be a parameter fixedRows or maybe it should be auto-detected based on the number of rows in the thead element.
