vizjs download issue

I am loving this tool. I have it in my CI/CD to generate diagrams within Azure DevOps. It has been working for my projects without a problem.
I have come to create a blog post about it and doing some more tests in a different environment and notice I am net http error 429 from beta.plantuml.net when it is trying to download the correct jar file.

I have posted a message on plantuml board about this, I assume you don't include these files as part of the package to keep the size down. Can you think of another way to resolve this issue?
