PyTest flag for conditionally cleaning up Terraform module on test failure(s) #43

Create a PyTest flag that will skip cleaning up the .terragrunt-cache directory and run terragrunt destroy on the module if any tests fail. Maybe: --skip-mut-cleanup-on-failure ?
