Brief description of the issue

Settings > "Keyboard shortcuts"
It's possible to assign duplicate shortcuts.

How to reproduce the bug?

  1. Assign the same shortcut twice ;-)

What was the expected result?

There should be a warning like "Ctrl+U is already assigned to function x. Would you like to switch?"

What actually happened?

I was able to save.
