There is a scroll bar at the bottom because some GUI elements are too wide. This happens with the default width on a fresh installation.

How to reproduce the bug?

Open "Settings > User interface"

What was the expected result?

GUI elements not overflowing

What actually happened?

Settings window needs to be resized to not have some elements being cut off.
