Parameters given via command line are not recorded in the PDF report

When passing a command-line argument to overwrite some parameter from the settings file, this is not shown in the PDF report. There it just prints a verbatim copy of the config file, ignoring any parameter overwrites from the command line.

This should be changed to print the configuration that is actually used for the run.
