Signage points skipped in notification but not in daily report.

I've been getting signage points skipped messages frequently, however, in the daily report it says I have none skipped.
Could it be because Chia log logged skipped SPs because it received that before the block, so it was skipped, but later it was redone. Chiadog saw that skipped SP log then sent an warning but was not able to recoginize that the same was done after a while.
Therefore in the daily report, it shows none skipped but still I am getting these warning.
Is this likely the case? Is there a way to check and make sure I don't actually skip these SPs?
