@jcolomb, can you please provide a link to where you found the above list of fields for a BioRxiv .tsv file? Ah, ok, I think I found it by starting to submit a manuscript to BioRxiv, I came to the screen about it in the authors section (https://submit.biorxiv.org/submission/submit?roleName=author&msid=BIORXIV/2020/373654&gotoPage=1&nextpage=authors) . Putting a screenshot here for reference.
