From Erin Buchanan:

  1. can you put quotes around the emails at least? Sometimes they start with numbers and pandoc goes bork
  2. Can we always have the role be on the second line? Sometimes it prints like attached, and that also makes pandoc go bork (I know everyone should have two, but this is what I finally figured out made my document break).

Issues are not present with docx output format.
