Throw a warning if the card detected is not an eID

Hello Frank,

After a few months of use, the biggest issue is more a human one than a bug: 
People are trying to use any kind of card.

It would be nice to call the javascript callback when it occurs (and if 
possibly with the type of card if you can detect it, but this is the cherry on 
the cake). And thus we will be able to display a big warning "hey, what's going 
on guys!?!"
