Cactbot Overlay Not Loading in Any Overlay Program

Problem: Cactbot Raidboss will not render in any overlay program. Attempted with BunnyHUD and Cactus Watcher. Raidboss correctly loads when viewing in the browser.

Steps Taken:

1. Grabbed URL from IINACT, created new BunnyHUD overlay
2. Loaded same URL in Safari and Chrome
3. Entered Sil'dihn Subterrane and progressed to a boss fight (for a known encounter)
4. Noticed nothing coming from BunnyHUD overlay, but timeline and alerts correctly rendered in browser
5. Repeated steps 1-4 but used Cactus Watcher instead
6. Used CURL to grab raid boss assets from GitHub and placed in a local directory
7. Repeated steps 1-4 with the local file rather than hosted file
