User Story

I would like to estimate cell shape descriptor using Voronoi Tesselation starting from cell nuclei positions (#4)

Acceptance criteria

Use MorphoLibJ or CLIJ to estimate cell shape decriptors by Voronoi Tesselation technique (3D-Voronoi)
