User Story

In some situations, e.g. when writing scripts, it would be useful to be able to see the Spot Id in the TrackScheme, even if there is a label already set for the Spot.

The current situation is the following:

  • If a label has been set by the user, the label is always shown
  • If no label has been set by the user, the Spot Id is shown

It would be good, if there was a setting in the TrackScheme Styles, that would allow to always show the Spot Ids, even if a label for the Spot exists.

I think it is too big of a change for info that can be obtained via the table or selection table. Also it mainly focuses on developers not users.
I am tempted to reject this proposal.

This feature request came actually by a user (i.e. Johannes), not by a developer.
