[Feature Request] Add new voice by API

Hello sir, I really thanks for your support about this project.
First I want to say this is good project.
But Can you help us add api to add new voice,
may be I can help you if you point me which I can change to support it.

The server doesn't have any authentication or user/admin level access control yet, so I don't like the idea of adding an API which can add files, change config without authorization.

I am working on a simple script for adding voices which may help simplify adding voices.
