tarball extract only regular files #11

After extracting the tarball all symlinks are regular files.
In result the installed package size is too huge.

The problem ocours only if we using 'mate dist' to create the tarball.
A normal compressed tarball works well.

I suggest not to use 'make dist' for further releases
