It plays a minon sound in your current Discord channel. Nothing serious XD

Config:

1. Make sure to install some mp3 dependecies: https://stackoverflow.com/questions/50084208/error-couldnt-find-an-opus-engine-when-trying-to-play-an-mp3-file-discord
2. yarn install
3. Setup the BOT_TOKEN env var

Optional:

• If you want to specify a user that triggers a sound, update the USER_ID env var with the user's id
