Would it be possible to add different ranges for custom fields?

Well, my issue is that I bought one of those 3.5-inch screens and I loved the possibilities. I started playing around with creating plugins and custom fields in the template.
It turned out that there was a conflict between these plugins. I created one that saw how many subscribers I have on my YouTube channel and another that checks the FPS of my GPU using MSI Afterburner (my GPU is from Nvidia, so the native plugin does not support it).
The issue is that in the "interval" field of the custom fields, I can only set the update time for all fields, and with that I end up creating many requests to the YouTube API and exceeding the daily quota. If I set a longer update time, it ends up making the FPS meter kind of useless.
I even set a timer so that the YouTube plugin would only make one request to the API, but I believe that the plugin keeps restarting the cycle every second and making a new request...
Is there any way to set these update times at different times?
I looked in the documentation and didn't find this situation. I'm not an experienced programmer either, so it could be some limitation of my knowledge/understanding, but I'd be very happy if you could help me with this question...
