Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
When room-surfing during the FOSDEM among the tons of rooms I've subscribed to, it would be nice to easily see if they have a presentation going on. Or, if I'm viewing one but I have left it temporarily to another room in Element, looking only for ones with a presentation would be visually easier to find them.

Describe the solution you'd like
The conference bot could rename the room name when a presentation starts to include e.g. the 📺️-symbol in front of it—in front of it would be nice so that alphabetical sorting, if enabled in the client, would sort those rooms adjacently, as well as it wouldn't be truncated off by the client.

Bonus: the questions-phase could have its own emoji, though it could be placed to the end of the name as to not to mess up sorting order for this phase and this would be less important information anyway.

Describe alternatives you've considered
A less satisfying alternative (and more complicated to implement) would be to have a personal chat room with the bot and the bot would pass the start/stop of sessions, but only for rooms I'm in.

Other alternative approaches would probably require Matrix spec changes. Basically, there could be another field for metadata that could be visualized by the client. But frankly that seems overkill, as room names themselves are not used for identifying anything and the only disruption (?) would be the change room name -messages appearing in the room; but it's not the only thing appearing at the same time so I don't think it's annoying.

Additional context
I believe I've explained the idea quite comprehensively here.
