Do not use a default opengraph preview

please can we remove the matrix.org logo as the default social image on the new blog?
i think it causes fatigue and makes the links look samey, even when they're different
for many years we used to do custom ones for every important blog post, which made them stand out much much more

the matrix.org logo was only ever meant to be used as a social image for big flagday things like end-of-year blogposts or funding announcements
