Missing session data after clearIdbStorage

Element web seems unhappy after we remove the idb session data;

maybe try closing/navigating away in element web (go to a neutral page) before removing it; then allow us to start the flow again.

The trafficlight test seems to imply we should be able to clear the indexdb data, reload the page, and carry on. The video shows the request to first reload the page, then to sign-out and back in.

TODO: research if trafficlight/tests/message_decryption_after_storage_cleared_test.py has ever worked.
