对于相同的一个statement id：0194da2b-d135-7865-a884-420d3dfe8c0a

1、2月6日，在云平台可查到（使用普通租户）

2、2月6日，相同的租户，登录MO,用sql无法查到（使用普通租户）

3、2月7日，在云平台无法查到（使用普通租户）

4、2月7日，猫猫通过dump用户可以查到
