The freight contrib has been reorganized (see matsim-org/matsim-libs#2821 and matsim-org/matsim-libs#2857).
This PR includes the necessary adaptions that are needed here.
I also fixed some tests, because there is no a small change in routing (new router in freight contrib) -> some output events have changed marginally.
