Command "do network communication" should override setting "only when WiFi is enabled"

More of a suggestion than a bug report, but I just found out Nativeboinc won't send results/download WUs even though I explicitely told it to do so. The reason was apparently that I had checked that it should only communicate when WiFi is on.

It did seem to prepare files to upload, though, so perhaps it is a bug?

Maybe add a warning/question popup to make sure the user knows WiFi is not enabled?

Thank you for proposal. However, I think that nativeboinc should behaves expectly. New toast message with info about disabled WiFi will be added, but I would like to rethink this idea.
