What I try to achieve: run NativeBoinc tasks while the device is connected to the charger and the battery percentage is over e.g 95 % and regardless of using/not using the device.

It seems that it does not matter how much I set to minimal battery percentage, the tasks are running all the time while the device is on AC power. Thus in summary, all local preferences work as expected except the min. battery level.

My local prefs:

Checked in: "Run always when plugged", "While device is in use".
"Only after the device has been idle for": 1.0 min
"While the processor usage is less then": 0.0 %
"Switch between applications every": 60 min
"While battery charge level not less than": 95.0 %
"While battery temperature less than": 60.0 C
"Use at most" 100 % "of the processors"
"Use at most" 100 % "CPU time"
