How to extract path times

Can you be so kind to indicate the better way to extract path times from O-D?
I want to make sure the "user equilibrium" path times are in fact in "equilibrium", and what the times are.

The travel times are in the tntp_networks folder in the files named netname_flow.tntp.

These will have od pairs with their respective flow and travel time

I would like to express my sincere gratitude for sharing the traffic assignment code on GitHub. It is truly fascinating and highly useful.

I am particularly interested in using these codes for traffic analysis. However, I am currently unclear about how the TNTP - format files are generated. I was wondering if it is possible to convert shp files into TNTP - format files.
