Unfolding models

Add a) simple unfolding by just dividing model by the effective area and b) xspec unfolding where you correct by the difference between data and model and correct the data by that amount (so that sharp features show up in the data if they are in the model which is kinda gross, but really it's sort of a reconvolution).
