Deprecation warnings for inflight and glob nested dependencies from shelljs

The installation script shows deprecation warnings for the inflight and glob nested dependencies from shelljs. Investigation into the shelljs repo has shown that it is a known issue and not considered a security risk. We are monitoring the issue and will update shelljs when a fix is provided. Another option is to investigate a possible alternative dependency that does not have deprecation warnings or to attempt an override in the package.json.
