please consider adding doc/ to the pypi tarball content

hello,
in debian we tend to build the documentation for a module we package, so that developers can refer to it without necessarily being online. the PyPI tarball currently lacks the doc/ directory so we cant do that - would you consider including doc/ to such tarball?
