VNC is probably fine, but if we wanted to we could run a server that provides an API into all of the functionality. This would let us run a passthru version of the software on our own computers that operates on the studio computer. That would actually be really cool because it'd let us remotely assist without fighting with their mouse, and would be much faster than full VNC.
