Way to figure out residential postcodes

Just wondering if there's a way to determine if a postcode is residential or not?

I am curious about your question too.

Can we say if the entire postcode is residential or not? I guess for some postcodes like CBD is obvious, but for some other like North Sydney would be a mix?

I checked NSW valuer general, and by looking at a tiny subset of data, I could get the purpose of the "property" as below. https://valuation.property.nsw.gov.au/embed/propertySalesInformation.

Maybe if we run a report on all the properties in one postcode we could say if this postcode is generally residential or commercial or etc.

Interesting question I know some people in the national property space, so will ask them next week if they have a database that has all this information I can add it.
