The rows where:

postcode = 2560
and locality in ('RUSE','AMBARVALE','AIRDS','ST HELENS PARK','ENGLORIE PARK','APPIN','BLAIR ATHOL','BRADBURY','CAMPBELLTOWN','WOODBINE','WEDDERBURN','ROSEMEADOW','MACARTHUR SQUARE','LEUMEAH','KENTLYN','GLEN ALPINE','GILEAD','CATARACT','CAMPBELLTOWN NORTH')

are assigned to South Eastern NSW PHN (PHN106). They should be assigned to South Western Sydney PHN (PHN105).
