In late 2022, Norfolk Island officially changed from being under PHN 101 (Central and Eastern Sydney) to PHN 301 (Brisbane North)

The Department of Health and Aged Care's PHN locator map was last updated in September 2021 so does not show this more recent change, but under the QLD PHNs page on the same site, Norfolk Island is linked to Brisbane North.
