create google group for this library

I would like to suggest to create google group so that you can gather dev community that using this library to share and ask questions.

i'm hesitant to do an (open) google group because almost all of them end up get spammed with crap like "SQL CERTIFICATION IN INDIA", which leads folks to abandon them in favor of a forum (eg https://discuss.horizon.io/). I do have a gitter though :-).

Oh, and I'm doing interviews for a document writer/tester, so it'll be a little more professional in the coming weeks/months.

FWIW, the Google Groups (mailing lists) I'm on (Django, Ember, Elixir, Ecto, Phoenix, others) have been pretty clean and free of spam in my experience.

Would be nice to have an agreed-upon hangout location even if it's just hijacking somebody else's Slack, IRC, Google Groups, or whatever
