Travis CI announced the org domain will shut down.

  • Travis-ci.org shut down will occur on May 31, 2021
  • This change is to ensure product updates and fixes can be implemented for all users, at the same time
  • All your repositories on travis-ci.org should be migrated to travis-ci.com before May 31, 2021 to avoid builds not running
  • All repositories – private, and public – will continue to build as expected on travis-ci.com once migrated
  • Your historic build data on travis-ci.org will remain available in a read-only state for an indefinite period

We need some actions, because our CI on Travis CI is still on the org domain: https://travis-ci.org/github/mattn/goveralls

Our choices are:

@mattn How do you think?

What would be the downside of using GitHub actions? I assume it is not as nice to show code coverage but it should work for CI purposes.

GitHub Actions is enough for me, but some users may want to use Travis CI.
e.g. for supporting multiple CPU architectures, for supporting FreeBSD, for using more vCPU etc

Currently, I'm asking what we can do for this to Travis-CI support.

Open source has always been and always will be at the core of what Travis CI stands for. We are pleased to notify you have met the qualifications for 25k free OSS credits. To apply these credits to your account, we will need your account's subscription to be on a Usage Based subscription. Please select "Free Plan"[1] from your organizations plan's page and let us know when this step is completed.

Now I selected Free Plan on travis-ci.com.
