Problem with determining which chapter is being played when all chapter names are the same

Currently below the seek bar the name of the chapter or file being played in the audiobook is shown.

But in some of my books(especialled with mp3s books in folder) all chapter names are the same.

This makes it impossible to find out what is the number of the chapter being played.

This can be solved by adding two features.

One is showing the chapter/file number before the chapter/file name (being shown below the seekbar).

And the other more thorough is keeping track of the all the chapters that have been played before and showing a played icon before those chapters and showing a different icon before the currently playing chapter.
